《 Presence　存在 》

This series began as an endeavor to capture a person’s unique aura—their history, tastes, preferences, and the ever-changing nature of being alive. Rather than painting a photographic likeness, my work centers on the invisible essence that truly defines who they are.

その人の持つ雰囲気、歴史、趣味、嗜好、生きていて、そして変わってゆくもの、それを表現できないかと始めたシリーズです。写真のように描くのではなく、目に見えないもの、しかしその人だと感じられるものをテーマにしています。
